It’s empty and Bolo wants me to send it back through UPS. I don’t have a UPS store… as I live in a tiny town in the Adirondacks. So now I get nothing for my money. This is a horrible product

Very disappointed. I have bought this many times but this time it was melted from being in hot mailbox. I put in fridge before using but tip still broke off end. Product good but not much in it but delivery really ruined it.

This is my favourite eyeliner so i was excited to see i could get it a bit cheaper than at a makeup store but it was squished and broken so I had to return it. Won't be buying it again
