Well, I assembled it wrong in my first attempt. Folks, if you see a review that says the seat tilts forward it's because we dumb twits did not assemble it right. The chair lever should be on the right and the tilt knob should be in the front. Once I assembled it right I felt much much better.Pros:- Seat: The cushioning on the seat is decent. If you work long hours you could add a little more cushioning and a foot rest as per your comfort.- Foldable Arm Rests: Well, they fold without any issues and provide enough padding but the cloth texture can be a little irritating after a while.- Swivel: Yup, does that too. You can work in all 360-degree positions.- Lumbar support: Yes it's adjustable and you can adjust it without getting out of the chair. Pretty comfortable.Cons:- Tilt: This is the tricky part, if you assemble it incorrectly then the chair will have a 60-90 tilt and you'll hate this chair but if you look at the assembly guide correctly, then you should find yourself liking this chair.- No recline. You basically have a 90 or 120 position.

This chair has three height levels, easily adjusted. I am about 5’ 7 and I feel the highest level suits best for me. The armrest can be lifted up vertically as needed. My 12 year old son assembled it for me the day it arrived, so I guess it should not be hard to assemble. Meshed material, should be more endurable than those of faux leather. It’s also comfortable to sit on. Great addition to my work space at home.

It’s incredibly comfortable, with great lumbar support. I can sit for hours without feeling any lower back pain or discomfort. The chair goes up and down smoothly, lumbar support can be adjusted vertically up and down, but not horizontally in or out, I’m not asking for too much with the price. I knew this was the chair for me when I saw it. It's hard to find a chair that sits low enough to the ground that a short person (5'2") can sit without dangling their feet.And then I saw the flash sale price and went for it.The box arrived damaged. It also seemed like it had been opened and repackaged at some point, and the parts were all there but wrapped...oddly in their wrapping. Something had scuffed the foot part, and I was willing to put up with it because it was just a matter of time until my own feet scuffed it...but then I saw the big gouge in the seat cushion and my heart dropped.I live in a small town, and Bolo returns of large items are kind of unfeasible for me. So I knew I'd be stuck with this chair.There is no option for "account credit" through this transaction. Be mindful of the seller's return/exchange policy.That said, the instructions were great and assembly went smoothly. It's just the damaged parts that left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend that you DON'T buy this chair unless you're in a part of the world where you can easily drop this off at a return center, should the need arise.

The only thing could be the seat is a “webbed” covered cushion, as is more likely to be prone to wearing over time.
