Bought this as a little suprise for my husband for the garage.Installation was a breeze. Husband screwed one into our single garage open light bulb socket, and suddenly it feels like there's some daylight in there. Which is much better than the previous horror movie basement feel.He immediately came to get me so I could see the dramatic difference. I actually don't mind going out there now. Even reached to the corners. Our garage is listed as a two-car garage, it isn't really, there's no way to get two cars through that door, but that gives you an idea of the room size. The ceiling is open rafters, and half the walls are open to the studs, so there's nothing for light to bounce around on. Which made this product a good choice.My husband also really likes how he can direct the individual arms where he wants them. So if we're wanting to light up the whole garage we have them them angled upwards and out, but if he wants to work at a specific spot, he bends them down 180 degrees to lighten that spot even more. Obviously this still means that when you're working at the edges of the garage you create your own Shadow, but I'm thinking of using the second one in the pack in a lamp stand to address that.We are curious as to the lifespan of the lights. Particularly since my husband insists on leaving them on 24/7 so that our motion detector will work. Most people don't understand that switching lights on and off all the time is actually harder on them than leaving them on... At least it used to be the case, I suspect it still is for these new little LED types but I really don't know.The build quality seems perfectly functional and lightweight. Black color fits for my husband's sensibility of a garage.

Like most basements mine is dark, and you need LIGHT for the kind of things you do there. These lights REALLY brighten the basement and make it easier to find things.The only warning I would give is to think in advance where you will put them. Basements ceilings typically have pipes and ducting, etc., and you cannot adjust the tilt of the light to avoid these.The downside? The good lighting shows how dirty the basement can be, so I am pressured to keep it cleaner!

These lights are pretty straight forward. They arrived quickly and I immediate screwed them in.....then.....boom! The magic happened.Pros: quick shipping, great price. They are cheaper than the average smart light bulb. So if they don't last for the hours stated, I have no problem replacing. The light output is amazing. I was afraid that with so much output it would cast shadows in other areas of my garage , though you can adjust the panels. I tried every configuration and never got dark areas. This makes working in my garage shop so much easier.....I can see everything. Including how dirty my garage is, lol. I bought and addition similar light that doesn't screw in to bulb outlet for my work area and I don't need it, these do the trick!Cons: none!Get these, you will not be sorry. I am ordering another set for my attic lights.

What a difference these light fixtures have made in our garage, changing from regular 100w lightbulbs. They are so easy to install and have made a huge difference for us. Glad we got two for our double car garage. Also, very prompt delivery. We are very happy with this purchase.

Plenty bright, but I make certain to turn it off when I'm not in visual range of it since it is not UL listed, making it unsafe for use. I plan on replacing this once I find one that is UL listed. It does throw off good lighting, for what it's worth, and I would suggest installing more than one in an area to avoid working in shadows.

The only bad about these are they are SO bright they will make you blind if you look at them! They are great for spaces like garage or basements! So easy to install and last a good 3 years before needing to be replaced!

Bright wonderful lights! We bought another set. SO much better than the bulbs that were in our garage. The downside, you can easily see the all the crap that needs cleaned up lol. These LED's are bright. If you made a little more decorative one, I would hang them in the house.

Way better than standard bulbs for my garage. I was going to replace standard fixtures with LED 4ft two bulb lights, but decided to try these instead. I believe this light will work just as well or better than the four foot LEDs.

Small but lights up the whole garage!

This is impressively bright for its small size! Don't look at it directly cause it does the same as looking directly at the sun! Does get a little hot, but nothing to worry about. Couldn't see in the garage before, now I see even the darkest corners with just ONE of those!Only thing left to see if how long it will last!

These are the best garage light I have ever had . I feel like I could tan in there now ! I have had 6 of these for several years and have yet to have one burn out . They seriously throw a great amount of light in every direction . They are easy to install and will fit in any standard light socket . The housing is very solid and there is a lot of adjustment to point the lights where you need . I have not had any over heating issues with them at all . They have a very nice modern industrial look to them.Awesome for garages , shops , closets , craw spaces , utility room !

j’ai acheté plusieurs ampoules laide de garage j’ai ceci éclaire plutôt bien la couleur est un blanc froid parfait pour le garage et pour des petits entrepôts facile à installer et à utiliser reste quand même plutôt froid et la qualité est plutôt bien fonctionne sur le 110 et 120 V et le transport de la livraison était plutôt rapide
