As a spring clamp they have a fairly strong grip but what sets them apart from the others that I have is the depth and the opening dimensions. They can reach about 3" in depth and the jaws can open slightly more, about 3 1/4". The plastic seems pretty strong also. The fore mentioned project is outside subject to the elements, and I have noticed a bit of rust on the metal parts, but that has been the case with all the other clamps I've used. How well they will hold up to the sun is yet to be determined but this should not be an issue with normal shop use. Overall I'm pretty impressed, especially for the money.

I bought these for our above ground pool to keep the cover from blowing off. They work awesome for this and are quick to put on and take off.

These are small clamps but have a pretty powerful grip for their size. I've used them on a few projects and they have held the parts together well with no slippage which I've run in to with some of the other small clamps I have. You also get 16 of them so if you need to use them to hold something larger together there's plenty to go around. They seem well built but time will tell. I'd give them a 4 1/2 if that was possible.

Sturdier than i expected! I was hoping they would be strong but i didnt think they would be as strong as they are. They are SMALL, which is what i wanted. For my purposes they are perfect. Good grip, seem durable, great price, and arrived quickly. They appear to be very good quality also

Bought these to secure my grid shelving that I use for art markets. It works really well and easy to clamp. Not sure about the quality yet as I've only used it a couple of times but we will see.
