It's not easy to remember all the different reformer exercises and this really helps out for a quick reference.

This is a very poor quality print on what looks like one of those dollar store white plastic table cloths. I would not recommend.

The images themselves have good ink coverage but the sub-text printing is poor. I was glad that I purchased it without the frame for $30. I've been using black ink to fill in the gaps and a magnetic wood poster hanger that I bought on Bolo as well. With these updates, I'd give it a 5.
