I recently experienced an issue with this bottle warmer. Unfortunately, it broke even though my warranty had expired. To my pleasant surprise, the customer service was exceptional! They replaced the product without any hassle, which is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.As for the product itself, it heats bottles quickly and efficiently, making those late-night feedings much easier. The design is user-friendly, and it fits most standard bottle sizes.Overall, I highly recommend this product not only for its reliability and efficiency but also for their outstanding customer service. So far so good and it’s affordable! Warms up our short bottles in about 1.5-2 minutes and our taller bottles in about 3.5-4 minutes. Really nice and easier than boiling a pot of water! Small so it doesn’t take up much space in our kitchen so I’m sure it’s perfect for traveling.

I bought a second bottle warmer for my house. I was looking for something compact so it does not take alot of space and also is fast. This bottle warmer is ideal for small space, the fast option warms up the bottle in 3 mins. Can be used as sterilizer for small parts. Good quality and looks nice too. I am really happy with the procure using it for a week but hopeful it will last long time.

This is the only bottle warmer I’ve tried and it does warm up the bottle without a problem BUT for a 3.5 oz refrigerated milk bottle it takes 6 minutes for it too just not be cold, not warm but just not cold, I feel it’s too long especially with a hungry crying baby

Made bottlefeeding so easy in my upstairs bedroom! The design & size makes it really easy to fit in any space. It’s super easy to clean. Has no smell, which is a plus because I’ve bought some that do. Heats the bottle efficiently and fast.

I wasn’t very happy with it after using it multiple times- thought it was just me not understanding how to use it. I reached out to the brand/company and they gave me some tips and the woman helping me was extremely kind and helpful. It does take some time to warm up a bottle & extra for more than 4oz. Overall, it isn’t bad & it has more than one use which is nice. It’s also small so easy to keep on the counter & not hard to clean at all.
