This was completely user error. I finally realized I had to give it a good push to make it connect. It's a perfectly fine product for a good price. Just make sure to give the plug a shove!

The function of this heating pad is really nice! It seems very durability and the thickness is nice and soft and unlike my old one the inside mechanism doesn't move around. The setting have a nice balance or control options to help with the right temp you need to relieve and relax your body with the size being able to be all along your back.

I received this heating pad as a Christmas gift. I do like how large it is so it covers my entire back. I work at a computer all day and need to take breaks and put heat on my back. I haven't figured out the heat timing just yet, as it turns off quickly; but when it is on it feels great.

Great purchase! I have used it so much and haven’t noticed any change in its functionality! Definitely recommend this. Love the timer feature and the ability to change temperature even though I keep it at the highest temp all the time.
