As my husband has grown older, he's been complaining about his favorite winter jacket being too heavy and clumsy to wear and zip. So, after looking at TONS of jackets on line and finally finding this one - which doesn't come with an attached hood (yeah!!!!), I decided to order one for him, despite the price. Afterall, there's nothing lighter weight than down!!! As said in the headline, he loves it. He was wearing it within minutes of receiving it and hasn't looked back at the old one. I want to thank the gentleman who reviewed this jacket and said he was about 5'10" and 210........that's a description of my husband to a T. This info helped me decide what size to order....an XL. It fits him perfectly. Reading reviews, good and bad, really pays off!! Thanks!
