I got these magnesium citrate gummies for myself and they’ve been really helpful. I take them in the evening and they help me relax and sleep better.The taste is actually really nice — fruity and not too sweet — and the texture is soft, easy to chew. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since I started taking them.Definitely a great addition to my daily routine. Good quality and effective!

bought it with the intentions of use it to have a better sleep and definitely worth it! the price is affordable in comparison to other brands. this is my third bottle! its a must on my night routine. def recommended. there is a HUGE difference in between before and after taking this supplement.

I like it because it helps me to sleep well the only problem that I had is that sometimes capsules come in open and there’s a mess in the bottle and powder all over the container but you can find another brand cheaper with the same results and very well made and it’s pricey this brand

Been taking these before bed to help with muscle relaxation to help go to sleep. I pull muscle cramps when I sleep and I have not had a problem since I started taking these. I am happy.

Item arrived on time. You can't really see the effect of magnesium directly , but it has many many functions in the body, it's just good maintenance
