Went to shoe store and associate brought me these Asics 30 ikayano gel shoes and a pair of 31 also. I got both pair. These are awesome. I walk on concrete and feet were killing me. Not a cure or instant relief but did help from day 1 of wearing them. Within a month or so my foot pain was no longer ruling my life. I was able to work a whole shift without limping. These are the only shoes I wear now and I have 3 pair and am buying more. I also use icy hot with lanacane every night on my feet. These shoes are really great buy them. They are true to size..

This is my all time favorite running shoe for stability and comfort. It is true to size. Does not require a lot of breaking into. I’ve had previous versions of this shoe that I really like as well. There is a good amount of cushion without compromising the stability of the ankle/foot. Moderate arch. Wide toe box. The only thing that I’m not a huge fan of is the hard material protecting the toe box. It doesn’t affect the function but sometimes creates a line when it’s dirty in that area.

I have been wearing these sneakers for years and years> I have extremely flat feet and overpronation. I also have had plantar fasciitis and other foot issues so I can never walk barefoot. Most shoes do not work for me and I end up in pain. I am always so excited when I find a shoe that I can wear as I am also a avid walker. I highly suggest these sneakers if you have similar issues. One complaint is that over they years the quality has diminished and they get holes, worn out faster. But the stability and support has not changed so I still use them. This makes it so they are not the best value for the money, so if you don't need all the support, there maybe a better option for you.

Quality shoe. I'm on my feet from 6am to 7pm and originally purchased these to relieve plantar faciitis. Solved the problem and I've only bought these shoes ever since. They hold up through the entire school year so I just need a new pair every fall. I like that the fabric at the toes is breathable. A little chilly in the winter wind, but keeps my feet from getting hot all day while I'm at work.

This is my second pair. So comfortable BUT both pairs only lasted 5 months (got these in Oct) because BOTH developed holes where the pinky toe is. I thought 1st pair was too tight, so I went with wide on this pair. Same thing. Almost bought a 3rd, but saw reviews from another with the same issue... I thought it was just me. I love them, but I don't want to keep replacing every 5 months.

My family suffers from plantar fasciitis, so when I felt a small tension at the bottom of my foot, I decided to get ahead of the problem and buy the best workout shoe to prevent it. This shoe is affordable and very comfortable. The tension immediately went away with the added benefit that my feet do not get tired from standing. The quality is great, typical Asic product that is sturdy and looks new for a long time. The sole doesn't bend, you can feel the support around the arch, while also being comfortable and cushioned all around. I highly recommend this product.

These are great for anyone who works in healthcare. I’m a vet tech and these are so comfy. They have great ankle support. I work 10 hour days and my feet don’t hurt thanks to these shoes.

Der Schuh selbst ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Sieht sehr gut aus und den Preis muss man akzeptieren. Allerdings ist es ein Geschenk gewesen und wie so oft, hat offensichtlich jede Firma ihre eigenen Größen. Leider ist der Schuh zu klein für die beschenkte Person. Die Rückerstattung war sehr gut und sehr schnell.

This is my all time favorite running shoe for stability and comfort. It is true to size. Does not require a lot of breaking into. I’ve had previous versions of this shoe that I really like as well.
