It has a smoothe texture and good flavor. Other brands can be pretty grainy and flat flavored. I am very sensitive to processed foods. I eat as cleanly as possible. My diet is very plant based. Another carob brand makes me feel slightly unwell when I eat their products. I havenβt noticed feeling yucky on this one. Really like the organic ingredients. Itβs smoothe, creamy, and perfect gently sweet treat without being sickly sweet. Iβm a person who likes 100% dark Chocolate, so I like such things very mildly sweet. But itβs certainly sweeter than 100% dark Chocolate. Itβs what I eat when Iβm wanting something a little sweeter than the chocolate. And itβs lower oxalate than chocolate. Iβll be ordering more. Five stars.

I have been looking for good carob candy and this is one of my favorites.

but I enjoyed this as a flashback familiar taste. WIll melt is room is hot. but comes right back to solid, with no seemingly loss.

I'd been wanting to try Miss J's products for awhile and I was not disappointed. The carob bars were subtlety sweet and tasty. I had to careful not to eat them all in one sitting! I can't wait to try their other products.

Let me state that this is not a bad product as far as quality goes. It is good texture and appearance but the tasteβ¦Well, if you are looking for a low sugar, no caffeine substitute for chocolate, you could do worse. Just donβt expect to fool anyone into believing that this is chocolate.Itβs flavour is difficult to describe. It has a sharpness in contrast to the smoothness of chocolate, and could use a little extra sweetness.I bought it because I was curious and now that my curiosity is satisfied, I can honestly say this product is not for me.Maybe it will for you, but just know what to expect.

I really liked these a lot! I became allergic to chocolate just a few years ago and it was hard to not being able to eat chocolate. However, these carob chips taste very similar to chocolate which Iβm very happy about!!!
