This is a 5 star product, although for me was a 3 star product.However, based on my own condition I decided not to take points off the review bc the supplement is not at fault. Unfortunately, some people can’t discern the difference and blame the seller or the product.When I read reviews, I like to learn about the effectiveness of the product, not the isolated incidents like bad shipping, or the boring lengthy rewrites of what the bottle already says. I’m interested in the experience and effects of the products on the person. That being said, here we go!I waited a month to write this review to tell results.This supplement helped with the hair thickness and elasticity. It also helped with my hair not falling as much anymore. As a matter of fact, it worked so well that it actually made my skin worse. Yes, exactly as you read.If you have Keratosis Pilaris, stay clear from this product. Biotin exacerbates the condition since it produces keratin and your diagnosis’s problem is the over production of keratin. I ended up giving it to my roommate, he likes it.

Been taking for awhile and my beautician says my hair and nails grow like weeds!!! HaHoping they make my hair fuller!!! Skin feels smooth and little younger!!!

Am unable to give results about my hair and skin improvements yet as I haven't been taking the product for very long. However the tablets are easy to swallow and I've had no side effects. I know from my research that equivalent capsules in the US which are advertised on line by a doctor are three times the cost of these capsules.

I have tried so many supplements and never saw a difference. My nails had vertical splits and opened at the bottom. I saw amazing change in less than 3 weeks. The splits are closed already. Like magic. Can’t wait to see all the possibilities from this product!
