I am very impressed with the quality of this material and for the price it is even better! Super fast delivery and arrived in perfect condittion! Much appreciated as I received this a week ahead of expected time which was a huge benefit to the project I am working on! currecntly converting a detached garage into a house for my parents and putting down a quiality encapsulation material in the crawl space (which is the existing concrete slab) is a top proirity to ensure we have no moisture issues years down the road. As I said the quality, ease, and price of this item far exceeds any other options I was considering (and I was considering them all)! Thanks again and I will recommend above other products. The attached picture shows it rolled out in the full 100' length and folded in half so once unfolded it is 12' wide.

Repaired a concrete crack and replaced the old barrier. This product was easily installed and seems to be of high quality. As a former disaster restoration specialist I’ve seen many barrier encapsulation projects, I believe this is one of the best for the situation that we have to correct.

Great product! 20 Mils with reinforcing. Rolls out easy and lays flat. 12 foot width will reduce taped joints for better crawl space job. Glad I didn't buy a cheaper product. When I finish I will save $$$$ DIY!

Good quality vapor barrier and much thicker than the ones available at the big box store. Was pliable and easy to work with in a low ceiling crawl space but thick enough we could crawl on top of it

This encapsulation is super solid. Looks amazing and made my crawlspace look almost brand new. If I ever need more this is what I will get. Highly recommend. I shopped around to have some come in and do the encapsulation and it was around 3K so it was a no brainer so it myself and save $2500
