It comes with everything you need—wax warmer, multiple wax bead options, applicators, and pre/post-wax oils. The instructions were clear and beginner-friendly, which helped me feel confident right away.The wax heats up evenly and quickly in the warmer, and it spreads smoothly without being overly sticky or messy. I’ve used it on legs, underarms, and even more sensitive areas, and it grabs the hair well without irritating my skin. The results last much longer than shaving, and my skin feels soft and smooth every time.If you’re looking to save money on salon visits or just want the convenience of doing it yourself, this kit is absolutely worth it. I'm SUPER happy with this hard wax set!Love the warmer and the variable heat settings and auto turn off.Love the Pre and Post waxing oils!Love the silicon cup - I use it with soft wax I purchased separately.Love that the instructions were easy to follow.Love that it came with EVERYTHING needed to start waxing!Love that the wax works great and DID NOT irritate my skin AT ALL!Love that it arrived fast and was VERY reasonably priced!The only thing that I'm not loving is the smell of the Aloe Vera hard wax when warmed - EW! I don't know how to explain it, just yuuuck. Open a window when you use it is my suggestion.The wax DOES work well though (just stinky)!I have extremely sensitive, translucent skin. I have eczema spots and break out in hives due to sun exposure. THIS ALOE VERA WAX and the two oils contained in the kit created ZERO skin issues for me! NO hives, NO itching, NO IRRITATION WHATSOEVER!

I've been using hot wax for many years. Usually I just purchased the microwave kind but always wanted to try a warmer. I finally made the purchase and after this first use Im so glad. Wish I did it sooner. This kit comes with everything you need to get started. The silicone insert is a must for no mess clean up. The temperature gage is a little sensitive to set up but otherwise it seems to read and adjust just fine.If you've not used hot wax before definitely read the instructions through and follow them!The wax beads that came with the machine didn't smell great to me but they were near painless and perfect when set to the right temperature in the warmer. The only con was they take longer to melt than I'm used to using the microwave kind but it's definitely a trade off I can happily accept for near pain and burn free waxing. There was some redness after but I've always had that waxing. Nothing a cool compress couldn't help with.I mainly wax my face/brows but given how easy this transition was I'm tempted to try it on my armpits.

I literally have 0 complaints. I’m a man with very coarse hair. I’ve tried every hair removal method. I’ve used all the nair and veet products but decided to give waxing a shot. In Lieu of buying an expensive wax warmer like a SatinSmooth, I decided to see if I could buy something cheaper just to see if I like this way better.This was a risky purchase even though this was incredibly affordable, comparatively. I was concerned that this machine and/or the hard wax that it comes with it would be horrible quality. Well, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED that I could not have been more wrong. The machine not only heats up perfectly with the silicone liner, but the hard wax is actually SO GOOD!!!!!!! I literallly can’t believe how freaking effective it was at pulling out my hairs by the root/shaft of the follicle. I will 100% be buying the 2.5lb bad of the Vennco hard wax again because it was THAT GOOD. You can leave a strip on and work on other sections for maybe 3x as long as other hard wax brands without it cracking and becoming brittle (if you know you know).People complained that this is stringy… I feel like that’s a novice complaint. Yes - if your wax is HOT it’s going to be stringy. Simply swirl the applicator stick to break the strand. Also, in general for all hard wax I’ve found that if you keep the wax at a super high temp for too it becomes harder to work with. To avoid this, I set the warmer to max heat & heat the beads only 50% through, then I turn it down to 145-50 and stir it all up. This way melts the remaining solid pebbles and creates a nice workable thick-honey texture at a comfortable temperature to go immediately on to my skin, but always check if this temperature is safe for you. 145 is perfect for keeping the wax hot, especially long enough for me to apply several other strips without cracking and becoming brittle from cooling off too much. This stuff also leaves like NO residue. I’m obsessed. Loved that this came with applicator sticks. I tossed the skin care because it was cheap stuff with parabens but regardless of that I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone!!!

I have tried the tres wellness kit. It’s wayyy better than this. The wax is okay maybe I’m not using it correctly. But with the tres wellness the temperature was perfect. With this I feel like it takes too long to heat up and then it takes too long to go down to the departure you want it to be. And then it doesn’t even stay that temperature it starts fluctuating. It’s so confusing. The wax is okay I feel like it doesn’t grip as hard but oh well. It’s too late for me to switch it now. But if you are new I wouldn’t recommend this the temperature is too difficult to play around with and it wastes a lot of time
