I just had my baby in March and didn't wanna spend the money on the Frida Mom postpartum kit as it is a little on the pricer side. I came across this one on Bolo a while back, and it is amazing! I've never used any of the Frida Mom products, so I can't compare them, but everything in this set was life changing. It comes with everything you need for aftercare. The spray and wipes helped me so much with my 2nd degree tear. They're super cooling and help with any pain and/or discomfort postpartum. The peri bottle is really convenient as well, I love that the nozzle is retractable and angled, so you can spray exactly where you need it to. If you don't want to spend the money on Frida Mom products then I 100% recommend this!
