Small but for 2 people it works great. Breakfast burritos, smash burgers and any thing else you want to cook on a flat top grill. This thing is restaurant quality. The grease pan is big and easy to clean. It's electric so you can use it in the house or outside.I love this thing.

This is an awesome compact flat top. Having used other outdoor electric cooking products, I was not expecting this to get as hot as it does. Puts a great sear on steaks or anything else you might want to sear. Slick surface and easy-peasy clean up with proper seasoning. Nice thick iron plate. This is most desirable but it also means you must allow time for it to heat up and even out. Then you can experience the joys of flat top cooking. As a rule of thumb I allow at least 30 minutes time to heat up. Love that I can just plug it in and don't have to keep buying propane. Update: wish I could give this item more stars!!! Such a pleasure to use. Decided to cook some bacon. After checking online, I set the temperature at about 325. I allowed a 30 minute heat up time. I then laid out 12 half slices of bacon, covering about 2/3 of the surface. I never had to move any of the slices other than flipping them over. In my 50 odd years of cooking bacon I have never ever had all of it cook evenly, no matter what I used. Always having to constantly rearrange and some still having to wait for some to get done. I can't tell you how absolutely amazing this is. There was almost no spatter and the bacon cooked quickly and was a perfect combo of crispy and chewy. I use this flat top outside, I just wish I had a spot for it on the inside.

I think this thing is great. Mine is at 200*F in 5 mins, 350 in about 10-12. Remember an infrared thermometer won't work when the4 surface is still metal, it will only work after it is good and dark from seasoning. The temps it is set to are fairly close in the middle, and cooler at the right and left.Everything on this is good quality stainless except the cooking surface (verified by magnet), which is what you want. Stainless doesn't take seasoning. Some of the edges were maybe a little pointy, but not sharp. 2 mins with some sandpaper smoothed them.The included scrapers are small because they fit down the hole. They work well. They are not spatulas/turners, you need to supply those yourself.Overall it works great. The metal is thick and it holds heat well, and puts a nice sear on everything.

Bought one of these for my dad, as hes been wanting one of these griddles for a while. He used to be a line cook and had experience working a real cooktop. Those garbage kitchen griddles just werent cutting it. Theyd always burn out, or the non stick coatings would start to flake. You cant get them hot enough to sear a steak, etc. So I got him this and hes been really enjoying it. Hes been frying up steaks, pork chops, bacon, burgers, and even stuff like enchiladas. And he can use his metal utensils on it with no worry about marring the surface.The only cons are that the surface heats unevenly. The heating element seems to be under 2/3rds of the cooktop with the other third only getting radiated heat from the other side. So the actual viable cooking surface is a bit smaller than expected. It is nice, however, for keeping things warm. If you're cooking a full cooktop of bacon, the left side will crisp up, while the right side stays raw. It also takes a long time to get to temp. I'm guessing that's a limitation of running on 110 volt. It also seems to fluctuate in temperature, where it will cool down rapidly and struggle for a bit to get back up to temp, but it eventually gets there.Overall, its a pretty nice griddle!

UPDATE! -- 9/11/2025 -- Griddle quit working. Won't power on. No indicator lights, no heat, no nada! Junk.My wife is getting a little tired of Philly Cheesesteaks, fajitas, smashburgers, chicken-fried rice, NY Chopped Cheese, carne asada tacos, BLTs, grilled ham and cheese (or just cheese), breakfast sandwiches, quesadillas, Gyros sandwiches, Souvlaki, pork chops, pancakes, french toast, etc.... but my kids aren't! I digress...This is a must have for any red-blooded man who loves to cook... It's just that simple. This is a legit, commercial-grade flattop for home use, and it's an absolute joy to cook on! It seasoned BEAUTIFULLY and EASILY! I did four cycles with canola oil before first use, just after washing out of the box. It developed beautiful color immediately. Then, first cooked with bacon (my go-to first cook to dot the initial seasoning process), and it has been a non-stick, easy clean, smile producing machine, ever since!A couple of things to note:-- It is pretty heavy.-- It is pretty big.-- It is a no-brainer to purchase if the first two things are inconsequential to you.It take about 20-30 minutes to come to temp as the carbon steel plate is thick. Once there though, it will hold a consistent temperature with virtually no hot spots to speak of. No worries about running out of propane. No non-stick bs surface (looking at you Blackstone E-series), no frills, no gimmicks. This is just a beast of a machine that does one thing, and it does it better than anything else out there IMO.Do yourself a favor... At ~$110, you are purchasing pure joy for years to come in the kitchen.Enjoy!PS -- Thank you, Vevor for such a thoughtful machine at a true bargain price!

Tolle Platte, über Haltbarkeit folgt später Update
Erst mal sollte man wissen, dass die Platte mit Speisefett konserviert wurde und diese gereinigt werden muss, da restliche Fett kann man einbrennen. Nach mehrmaligen Grillen[braten] bildet sich eine Patina. Nach reinigen leicht einblenden, dies ist auch bei Gussprodukten so, damit diese nicht rosten! Deshalb sollten sich einige Bewetungen mal einen Kopf machen, da diese Bewertungen mit Fett und Rost überflüssig sind und ich nichts darauf gebe. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich natürlich keine Aussagen treffen, wir braten nun schon mehrere Wochen intensiv und alles funktioniert. Über die Haltbarkeit werde ich später berichten, bis jetzt sind wir zufrieden.

L'ho trovata! Cucina ottimamente tutto, dalle carni, bruschette, alle verdure, uova, panini, ecc. Certo non è leggerissima da spostare, ma giusto che sia così. La consiglio, ottimo prodotto, molto soddisfatto. Io la uso all' aperto, riponendola quando si raffredda nel casotto da giardino. 20 minuti e più dall' accensione ed è pronta per cucinare: temperatura regolabile per cucinare ogni pietanza. 10 e lode

Si vous avez le courant disponible (nécéssite une sortie 30A.) superbe plaque. La plaque est très épaisse et garde sa chaleur très longtemps. En contre partie ca prend donc un bon temps à réchauffer, entre 25-45minutes dépendament de la température souhaité. La qualité est excellente, on dirait un produit commerical.
