Really thin, cheap plastic. Mine is matte and the finish was peeling off during install. The pieces don’t fit well together at all.

Fitment to the bumper is pretty good but the fitment for the reflector is horrible. Big gap left for the reflector.

As others have said, this does not come with any instructions. After installing this I would recommend installing your rear reflectors on before the bumper is back on the car, maybe even before you mount the valance onto the bumper. I would also recommend mounting both pieces that come in the box before it’s on the car. I had a hard time connecting the 2 pieces because the two tabs on the ends would NOT go in and stay in so I ended up using black self tapper screws which did not look bad at all. Besides what I already mentioned everything else was great. No gaps at all, fit great and didn’t have to modify anything else. I actually used a flat multi tool to cut the openings on the bumper for the tabs, this made it easier to cut straight lines in the exact length I needed. I currently have dual 3” tips but you can easily fit dual 4”.

Doesnt bring instructions, or screws as is normally advertised online. So this is either fake or piece together and shipped to make some profit. I just came back from Army training and realized the item just doesn't work. Will be returning it.2013 Ford Mustang
