The media could not be loaded. Some better instructions would’ve helped, but we were able to put it together. Much easier with two people. My clients say this bed feels more comfortable than the black massage beds.

The chair is solid however I have 3 holes in the arm from shipping and a bubble in the leg pad that did not get glued down. Outside of those issues seems to be a good chair for the cost.

A little difficult to put together had to bend the frame a little bit so the holes would match up. I difiently will be ordering again from this company
