I bought the Apollo device because I wanted to improve my sleep. This company claims that this device will improve deep sleep as well as heart rate variability. After wearing it every night for 3 weeks it did not improve my sleep nor HRV.The device loses its connection with its app very frequently. Also the battery life is very bad. If you want the vibrations high enough to be felt the battery will not last a whole session. I reached to the customer service who replied I should only use low or medium vibrations if I wanted the battery to last.I was astonished, but I decided to give it a try. I programmed it to run 2 hours at night at 50% vibration at 9 pm and then again at 2 am. The 9 pm vibrations stopped for no reason after 30 minutes and I never felt the 2 am vibrations when I happened to be awake. I told the customer service I might have a defective device and I ask for advice to troubleshoot it. They answered there was nothing wrong and the sleep program was designed to progressively fade in intensity in order not to wake you up. Simply I might not have noticed the vibrations.I was not convinced, so I tested the sleep program during the day while having the Apollo app opened in my phone. Exactly after 32 minutes the device stopped for no reason. The app showed the program had indeed stopped. The battery was still 80% full. After a few more minutes the app and device got disconnected. I contacted again the customer service now convinced that the device was defective. They completely ignored the test I had done telling me once more that I may not have noticed the faded vibrations.I gave up trying to save the device and returned it.In summary, it did not improve my sleep. I've seen positive reviews here. In my case it could be because the device did not work the way it was supposed to work.

I have a background includes a BS and M.Ed in kinesiology.I also have a Background in Strength and Conditioning and am a General Fitness EnthusiastI Workout 3-4x per day, every day and have what some would call a high stress job as a commercial account manager/sales.I have genetics that are predisposed to high stress responses and for years I had trouble sleeping due to both a COMT gene mutation and elevated stress levels. My brain is always trying to find something to think about particularly when I sleep and that causes more stress and prevents being able to sleep.Using the Apollo Neuro beginning when I wake up and throughout the day and finishing with use while sleeping I’ve been able to improve my sleep to the point where I now wake up on average one time and am able to immediately go back to sleep whereas I used to wake up 6-8x per night and often could get back to sleep.Beyond improved sleep I’ve used the Neuro to help with recovery after and in between my workout sessions. Using the FOCUS program before workouts, the recover program after workouts, and the Social or Calm programs in the gaps between the pre-and post-workout periods. The energy program has been great during that early/mid afternoon time frame where I used to get an energy crash, but now I use the schedule to start the energy program automatically during that period to avoid the crash and lethargy.The schedules have been an amazing benefit so I can wear the Neuro all day and have the programs pre-set to the Vibe that I need for a given time frame.During my morning commute I use calm and during those long work meetings I use Social and Focus. Unwind has been a great program that I use while sitting in my massage chair at night. Overall I’ve not only noticed reduced stress response, but also elevated energy during periods where I was previously dragging.The schedule feature is great because when I feel the Neuro kick on or change programs I also get the remind to try to actively get into the mental state that I had preprogrammed and it has helped me to refocus on being calm or getting energized depending on the state that I need. Overall it has been a great tool and I’ve seen incredible results in terms of reduced stress, improved energy, and better sleep.

I don’t know why I didn’t purchase this sooner! A friend of mine put hers on my very shy terrified daughter just before she went up to sing for her very first time in front of about 100 people. I believe this helped calmed her nerves and enabled her to complete her entire performance with ease. A year later I finally decided to purchase this for myself for various situations. I have a very stressful job at times and this has helped me manage my stress levels immensely through these critical periods by calming my mind and body in these situations. I also get distracted easily and working in an open office workspace has always been a challenge for me, especially when a task requires complete focus. Since using in these settings at work I can see the difference it makes and I am finding I am so much more productive. I have an upcoming conference to attend which I will be speaking at and plan to use the apollo to help calm my nerves throughout the presentations. Another huge benefit I found after using this is Energy! My energy has declined for so many reasons, working from home, the pause on busy personal life, staying up later etc. and all those factors almost set a new norm for my body which I have been struggling to find that energy again. Since using this device my energy levels are coming back and better sleep. I find the battery life is really good and because vibrations are not constant all day so there are many intervals in between the schedule for charging when needed. Excellent purchase!!!!!

I didn't expect much. But this device is really soothing and relaxing. These intellectual vibrations actually work! I wouldn't use it during sleep but before or when you feel stressed out. Apollo still uses micro USB charging port. It takes around one hour to full charge. It came completely out of charge which is bad for battery life. And I was a bit worried about it. Seems everything alright though.Edited: i use it for the night also with my schedule. It really did miracle to my sleep❤️
It Doesn't work for me!
I bought this months ago and only now decide to write this review. I spent a lot of money on this devise to improve my sleep, but the vibrations never helped me sleep. Yes I have tried for more than a week and I felt no different. All I could think of are the Vibrations while trying to sleep at night. It just didn't work for me.
