Nice soft blanket does not get hot enough for me but I like to roast. Good quality for a good price.

The media could not be loaded. It's a nice product and it heats up quick. I would be mindful that because it's 12 V you have to pull more amps to heat it up so that's going to reduce your one time on any battery that you use. However, according to electrical theory, if you Got a AC DC inverter. Or if your car has an AC plug, you could provide power to this blanket and you would be using about a quarter of an amp per hour as compared to almost 4. So you could definitely increase your run time while still providing power to the blanket to heat. So if you had the ability to buy a AC/DC regulator or if your vehicle has a power plug for 110 to 120 V I would suggest going that route since this does not use much as far as watts to operate. It seems like it would be more efficient.

I used this on a mostly chilly, at night, roundtrip in my minivan camper to the west coast from Minnesota. It kept me warm, along with stocking cap and hoodie. Nighttime temps were sometimes 29 degrees F. or possibly even a little lower.Two notes: 1) I plugged it into my Goal Zero power center--I never use my car battery for anything except for recharging items while I'm driving. 2) My experience: when trying out the blanket at home, it didn't seem very warm, even on high. I guess it's all relative. But in a car (or tent, I imagine) on chilly nights, it kept me as warm as can be.My hope is that this blanket will keep working for a very long time!

12-volt electric blanket works really well to warm the bed in RV on cold nights. Well worth the price. Good quality.

The blanket is exactly as described. It’s nice and soft. It’s not going to get as hot as a heating blanket in your house. But that should be understandable for most people. So the only disappointing thing for me is that it doesn’t get real hot. But I wasn’t expecting it to so I said it’s five stars.

Such a life saver on cold days. Nice warm blanket without the heat on. But it's nice to have 3 levels of heat that heat up fast when it's below zero outside!

I really wanted to like this blanket but it does not heat up as advertised. I was so disappointed. I reached out to seller and received no response as of yet. I used it for two days trying to see if it would ever heat up, so I don’t think it could be returned. The blanket used without the warmer is okay but the purpose of the purchase was for the advertised heating. Again it does not heat up as advertised!!!

Doesn’t heat up well at all
Hi, I rarely write bad reviews, but this blanket barely heats up at all. It takes a few minutes and then it just stays lukewarm. You’d almost be as warm just putting this blanket on you without plugging it in! The best part about it is that it has two extra USB holes where you can plug-in a couple items like your phone in case they’re running out of battery when you’re in the car. Otherwise it’s pretty useless and when I called the company to see if I bought a dud, they said they’ve been sold and gave me another phone number for the distributors of this blanket and they never called me back or emailed me back. Quite disappointing and there’s only one level for the heating so it’s not like I didn’t set the heat level on high enough :( Also it was about half the price last year as it is now on Bolo here so really, don’t waste your money!
I hope that it is warmer
I used this to cover my pet's cage to keep it warm, but it helps a bit only. While I find that it is still warm enough if I used it myself to cover my leg.
