First of all it was over $8 for 1 bar, I thought I was getting a box. Really tasteless and absolutely no pistachio flavor at all. Save your money.

The Mezcla Matcha Bar has a unique flavor with a nice balance of earthy matcha and subtle sweetness. The texture is pleasantly crunchy yet chewy, making it a satisfying snack. It’s packed with plant-based protein and clean ingredients, which is a plus, but at $3 per bar, it feels a bit pricey for the size.

Love these, especially this flavor, and I’ve tried them all. I am big on texture so the crunchiness of these are desirable compared to other bars. But I will say that these eat more like a candy bar than a protein bar - delicious, not too sweet, chocolate undertones, and crunchy. I feel a little guilty eating them when most protein bars have weird tastes or are difficult to get down! This product proves you can get protein and enjoy it. Nice product.

I recently tried the Mezcla Puff-Crispy Protein Bar in the Pistachio Chocolate flavor and had mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, I appreciate that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and made with plant-based protein, which aligns well with my dietary preferences. The bar has an interesting texture with a nice crunch and a subtle chocolatey finish.However, I found the pistachio flavor to be quite faint, almost overshadowed by the chocolate, and the overall taste was a bit too sweet for my liking. The bar also felt a bit dry, which made it less enjoyable as a quick snack. While it’s a decent option for those looking for a healthier plant-based protein boost, I think there’s room for improvement in both flavor balance and texture. I might try other flavors, but this one didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
