For the price this Vice absolutely solid. Clamps down and functions perfect and secure with no movement. It comes with with the screws to secure it to your work bench and it comes with magnetic rubberized cover to put on if you don’t want to mar or scratch whatever you’re clamping it to with is an awesome bonus additional feature. All in all very great design for a good price. It’ It comes pretty greasy so be prepared to wipe it down a little lol but not a complaint from me just a heads up.

The Vevor 6 inch vise arrived quickly and survived the trip without tearing its way out of the box from being handled and shipped. No damage was incurred during shipping except for minor paint chipping in a couple of spots. That may have been there prior to shipping though.The good about this vise: Inexpensive; made of ductile iron; appears to be strong and capable of performing the work I intend to use it for (not commercial or industrial use); built-in pipe clamps; came with magnetic jaw pads; replaceable jaw plates; easy setup; and was coated with a preservative oil.The not so good about this vise: Has rough burrs that will need to be filed down; although it was thoughtful for bolts and nuts to be included, they are too short to mount to a one inch table (Really no big deal); no washers included (Again, really no big deal); there is some play in the jaw; and the alignment of the jaws to each other is slightly off; anvil area is smaller than on my old 4 inch Bessie vise.After cleaning the vise, filing off multiple burrs, and applying a thin coat of grease to the swivel base plate/bearing surfaces, it felt nice, smooth, and ready to go to work. Giving due consideration for what this particular vise offers despite its flaws (metal burrs, some play in jaw, jaw alignment slightly off) it is a good buy for the money for "do-it-yourself" type folks. With that in mind, I'd highly recommend it at the current price of $53.49. Thank you Vevor and Bolo for making a needed tool available at a very reasonable price!

VERY SOLID. I NEEDED LONGER FASTENERS TO MOUNT IT TO MY BENCH, BUT SIMPLE ENOUGH TO BUY THOSE. THE EXTRA JAWS INCLUDED ARE A NICE TOUCH, THEY ATTACH WITH MAGNETS TO THE VISE. THEY SENT ME TWO OF THE SAME, INSTEAD OF A LEFT AND A RIGHT. THEY SENT ME THE CORRECT SET WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO ONCE I CONTACTED THEM. RECOMMENDED.

I just got it today, so I can’t speak to longevity, but I’m impressed right out of the box with this vice. The size, weight, and accessories included are surprising at this price point. It even comes with the four bolts to mount it, a mounting template, and a pair of soft jaws to use when you don’t want to scratch up whatever you’re clamping in the vice. I’m about to TIG weld a stainless exhaust, and having the soft jaws there will keep the pipes looking good after being clamped for welding.

I have a garage with a long work bench. I realized how much I missed having a vice from when I owned a shop. Now I have one, and this one is really nice for a home owner. I love that it has magnetic rubberized clamp covers so I don’t mar whatever I work on. This thing is a beast and the price is so good. I love that you can rotate it as well.

Bueno pues me llegó hace 15 días,4 antes de lo estipulado por Bolo, bien empaquetado, me lo dejaron en casa de un vecino,que el muy gracioso cuando voy a recogerlo me dice: Curro que te han mandado aquí oro molido ( por el peso,12,5 kilos) y la verdad que cuando vi el paquete me sorprendió un poco, no lo esperaba tan grande, pero más sorprendido me quedé cuando le eché mano y cogí el paquete, me dije aquí me he equivocado por el peso,lo abrí y me costó sacarlo de la caja de lo que pesaba, cuando lo vi me dije esto es para un taller, yo lo quiero para bricolaje casero, la verdad es que no me fijé bien en las medidas,(está vez vienen correctas) mide 36 cm de largo, 15 cm de mordaza y de apertura otros 15, así que no está mal ( como decimos aquí en mi tierra,burro grande ande o no ande), es un pedazo de torno para todo lo que quieras, yo diría más bien profesional, las mordazas vienen atornilladas para reponerlas una vez que se deterioren, pero vamos eso no lo conozco yo ni de coña jajaja,trae también unas mordazas de goma,con un imán para colocarlas, esto es estupendo para no marcar ni rayar las maderas, debajo de las mordazas trae una boca dentada para tubos, y decir también que gira 360 grados completos,la verdad que yo estoy con mi tornillo como un niño chico, es una buena compra, me costó 68 € y por eso lo recomiendo.Por decir algo que no me gusta es el color que trae, no viene negro como se ve en la foto de la app,supongo que se les acabó la pintura negra jajaja ,el color que trae es verde maquinaria industrial y con el rojo de la base ,para mí como que no casa mucho, personalmente me hubiera gustado negro como en la foto, pero en fin esto eso es " pecata minuta", no quiero por esto desprestigiarlo porque no merece la pena, de hecho le pongo las cinco estrellas.Espero que les sirva de algo mi reseña y si buscáis un buen torno, pues este de vevor.Un cordial saludo.

Gute Qualitat und Verarbeitung ,inklusive Backenschutz . Kein großes Spiel im Schlitten und für diesen Preis der Hammer . Einziges Manko : Die mitgelieferten Schrauben sind definitiv zu kurz für die Dicke meiner Werkbank .
