I've been using beard trimmers for over 40 years. Never bought the best but never went with the cheapest either. It didn't seem to matter the price or the maker. They all seem to fail within a year or two.I read the reviews on this one and decided to pay a little more. To see you if the reviews were true. I work with many different types of hand tools throughout my working career. And usually first impression is when you pick up that tool and hold it in your hands you just know. It had a really good weight to it. It felt like a quality tool. And then when I turned it on it was much quieter than any other I've had.I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and the difference is just night and day. Now I know what I've been missing all these years. All the different attachments are actually useful with this one. I really dig the tapered ones for your sideburns. This thing is a game changer.I just hope it lasts as long as it feels like it should.

I have been through a number of groomers. I usually buy the lower price ones. This time I decided to spend a lot more. It was worth it. Plenty of easy to change attachments and the charge lasts a long time. The storage case is solid and easily closes up for travel.

Upon opening the delivery, I was met with immediate disappointment. The product box, while accurately labeled with the correct model, contained an entirely different item inside. Not only was the model incorrect, but the contents were incomplete, lacking several advertised pieces.To add to the frustration, the condition of the product was far from new. It bore clear signs of extensive use, with stray hairs entangled within and a concerning amount of rust on its surfaces. This was particularly alarming given that the packaging appeared to be sealed and unopened.I have since requested return of the product, requesting a replacement. My hope is that this was an isolated incident and that the replacement will be the correct, brand-new model as originally purchased. Great trimmer with lots of attachments

It has so many different attachments, it's very versatile. It says it's waterproof but it doesn't work great on trimming wet hair. It has a great battery life and gives a nice clean trim.
Worth the price.
Worth the price and wait. Arrived 5 days earlier. Great battery, charges fast could could use for beard hair and body two times completely before recharging. I only wish it had adjustable 16 to 20mm for hair clipping or beard. Can trim hair, beard and body grooming really well. For body grooming would recommend shortening of hair before using body shaver.
Parts and attachments missing
The item has parts many major attachments and also the premium storage box missing .The box itself is old and damaged and opened prior . Please stay away
Jack of all trades
This rides to do everything but unfortunately doesn’t do any of the, very well. I mainly purchased this for beard trimming but the beard attachments are very limited in length options and they are too narrow so it takes an age to get even trim. The hair attachments work much better but unfortunately they do not have enough options with this attachment as the 4 is the only one short enough to use…there are so many attachments you end up spending ages swapping and changing ing bits everywhere and it’s a hassle packing them all away again….added to this that you have to add on different blades before you add on the attachments and often the blades stick on when you try and take it off. I’m amazed at the reviews here…a very poor beard trimmer….due to silly attachments.
