I love this tool and wish I had bought it a long time ago! It works great, is easy to use, and has plenty of torque for most people. The bits are very easy to install and remove from the collar and the battery seems to run for a long time although I didn't really challenge it. It is very compact, making it easy to use in tight places. The light could be a little brighter but it helps in dark places. I think it is the ideal balance between power and weight.

This was an Bolo "refurbished" unit. It was beautiful! It functions perfectly. It came complerte with new battery and charger AND a tool bag.I favor Dewalt cordless tools because their quality is outstanding and they are durable. I'm a "weekend warrior" - that is, I don't make my living working with tools, but I do all my own home maintenance and construction. These tools stand up!

I have never used an impact driver before, and I finally bought my first tool in 2023. Then I bought a second unit (this one), and I really enjoy the power, the flexibility and the increased productivity when using these Dewalt drivers. My best feature is the ability to slow it down with the variable trigger, so I can have some finesse and not slam-bang like so many people do when using impact tools.A must-have for our work van!
