So glad I ordered them anyway. They are very nice glasses. I love the weight and thickness of the glass all around. Love that the rim of the glass is even on the thicker side and doesn’t feel cheap. All arrived in tact and was packaged well. Would recommend this product and purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. Good looking, well-made, great price. I first bought the"save with used" option, and that was a big mistake.They did not use the foam top that had the cut out to protect the rims and hold the glasses in place (pictured). There are many reviews that talk about them arriving broken. Of course that could happen anytime but highly likely with the used version. They are not going to be packed well if returned before. These have a very nice heavy weight to them. I love the squared wide bottom so I can put 1 large homemade ice cube for cocktails (pictured). Thick bottom and thick sides are nice because I had similar glasses, but they had very thin sides going up to the rim and cracked or broke easily. If they do arrived broken, chat with customer service and refuse to return them since it is a safety hazard. They won't make you do it if you chat with them. With breakable items I always take a video of me opening the package because when you chat with an agent, you can upload pictures and video. They will make exceptions to policies if you can prove you’re not scamming the system. Good luck and enjoy.

We needed glasses that worked for a family with kids. They had to be strong but pretty. These were perfect. They have a heavy bottom so not easy to knock over. And they look nice on the table. The short beverage glasses will be great for juice in the morning and will look great. I ordered two sets and will have no problem using them at any dinner.

These arrived packed very well in a box. All of the glasses were in perfect condition. I do find the thickness of the glass/weight of the glasses to be a bit heavy. When filled to the top the glass is quite heavy. This of course is a personal opinion. The thickness of the glass will certainly help with the longevity of the glasses. One positive comment, when emptying the dishwasher there is NO puddle of water sitting on the bottom of the glasses.

Great nice glasses, just seem to break a little easier than they should. I have set them in the sink or dishwasher and they have been lightly hit by silverware or something and broke. Just a little fragile hence the 4 stars.
