I’ve taken animal vitamin packs over the course about 10 years. They have condensed the amount of pills, which is a good thing. I personally, don’t like taking over 12 pills. The vitamin content has all the vitamin nutrition you need to support healthy muscle growth and bone. As for taste, I personally never noticed any strange taste. I would suggest taking these vitamins with food all the time. They suggest the dose of one to two packs per day. The value for the money is definitely noted with the amount of vitamin packs that you get within the package. I highly recommend this item.

i didn't really feel much of a change to be honest. they were expensive and didn't even last a full 30 days. i took 2 months as directed and i can't report on a notable difference in workouts. bought anabolic booster and I can feel a difference and theres less pills.

I'm not fitness expert. I do what I can to try to take basic care of myself and my diet isnt great most of the time. This year, I decided to take a shot at doing a better job. I knew I was going to eat lower carbs and wanted to supplement with vitamins to help with recovery. I used to take these vitamins like 15 years ago and I feel like there's fewer pills in the packet which is probably a welcome change.If you're active and want reliable vitamins, these are great. The number of pills you have to take is high but they also seem to have a positive impact on how I feel. I seem to have less joint pain after taking these a few months.
