This stuff is amazing and the only type of sleep aid that helps me fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking. I still wake up during the night, but not as often as I did before i found this. It's a generic for ZZZZQUIL Ultra. I took everything from 20 mg melatonin to benadryl and this is the ONLY thing that helps my sleep. During the work week I take a half pill and my days off I take a full pill so I can sleep a little later in the mornings.

works for me. Like everyone it will vary. It does take about 60-90 min for this to take effect but i do fall asleep. I have no morning side effects. Been using this for a few years. Will keep buying it !

They do a really good job of putting you to bed around 45-60 minutes after taking them. They have worked better than any other OTC pill I have taken to sleep. Only negative I have noticed was that in the morning I want more sleep and have a lot of trouble actually getting up even after sleeping 8-9 hours. Maybe it's just me, but every sleeping pill I have ever tried had kind of the same effect. Regardless, these will put you to sleep and tuck you in.

I would buy this over diphenhydramine. Reason being this lasts longer and is a little bit more potent. Just look up diphenhydramine vs doxylamine on google. This being said it is worth paying a little extra since in general diphenhydramine is cheaper.

I have been using this mild sleep aid for a year now. I break each one in half about 2 hours before bedtime. Makes me drowsy enough to fall asleep immediately with no morning effects whatsoever.
