Waffle maker stopped turning on just after the return window closed. Worked with Bolo support who assured me that I would be sent a replacement item. This later turned to "you need to work with the manufacturer", who wanted to instead send a replacement switch for the device. Weeks later, the replacement switch shows up, along with two additional boards to be replaced. I'm a restaurant owner, not an electrician, but I gave it a shot anyway. Replacing the parts they sent did not fix the issue. Do not waste your money on this product.

First waffle was perfect unbelievable ! 375 / 4-mins. The bad for me was understanding how to set temp but maybe it’s just me instructions could be better. The good ; Beautiful crisp gold waffles every time - I made sourdough waffles from my starter discard and Bisquick and other famous pancake mixes all perfect - true non stick I removed the waffles with my fingers (sprayed with Pam to season) - don’t use metal utensils you will Ruin the machine - very even heating restaurant quality machine - easy to clean just wipe the flacks with paper towel -customer service is excellent (my temp setting issue) these commercial flip makers work all the same regardless of brand highly recommend buying addition for a gift .. enjoy

Changing my review from ok to horrible. First one came damaged, second one was dirty but worked until today.I bought this to make waffles w when my kids and grandkids are over for holidays. I have made 14 waffles over 4 days since November 2, 2024Pulled it out today to make waffles but it made a loud pop shortly after starting for the first waffle. Won't turn on and has a burning smell by the plug.Didn't pop the breaker just something in the waffle maker burned up.Waste of money!!No customer service after 30 days from original purchase.!!!!BEWARE!!!!
