I had been looking for a supplement that would help me lose weight and give me energy at the same time… after taking this, I started to see results right away! I am usually very picky with my supplements but while taking this, I feel full and energized and I have noticed that it helps with my digestion as well! This is great because I feel better everyday and more energized. This product makes me feel productive everyday and it doesn’t make me feel hungry. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase again!

I've been struggling with low energy for quite a while now. Helping care for my elderly mom, my disabilities, stress and just life. I decided to try MCT oil after years of hearing about the benefits. I always shied away from it because I also heard it could give you toilet issues. This bottle came with a 90 day supply at what I think is a reasonable price point. The one drawback right off is the size of the capsules. I mean, ...horse pills, these things are huge. Thank goodness they are soft gel capsules, so, I didn't choke. I can confess, after about a week of taking these, along with my regular supplements, I do have a feeling of a bit more energy, especially the morning and afternoon. And, I have experienced no toilet issues. I'm glad I finally tried this product.

Ehhhh. Let me just say im going through menopause which is a whole other beast to deal with. The weight gain is ridiculous amongst other things so im on a try anything journey.I purchased on Feb 24th. Its now May 30th and haven't noticed much since. I do take it with other supplements. I haven't noticed any side effects but also haven't noticed pluses either. I'll keep taking it and update again at some point.

When I bought this product my main goal was to support my energy levels , but after using a little while I noticed the pimples on my face disappeared. I didn’t even know that this is helping the skin . I did some research and looks like that this product cleanse the gut from yeast and that causes to have a better skin .
