People talking but no sound, watching random videos on my tablet and the volume is 100% so I can hear it instead of usual around 40-50% volume. Tired of being sick and "deaf" so I gave in and bought these hearing aids because they're affordable and comes in a 2 packs. OH MY GOODNESS EVERYTHING IS SO LOUD! I got the hearing aids on volume 2, switching the power button on/off being amazed that I can hear again with the stupid flu. Recommend this product and will definitely buy again.

My dad is 72 and has lost almost all of his hearing, so at night when my parents watch tv he needs it so loud my mom gets a headache. We decided to purchase this for him, and I tried it out before giving it to him to check the quality. If you’re going to sit sit and not move a single muscle, this will pick up every sound in the room, but it picks up more background noise than the actual TV. My father has a habit of laying down to watch TV at night on the couch, so if he were to do that and move ever so slightly, he would hear the Most obnoxious static or high-pitched ringing from the device, picking up noise from the pillow. I decided to return it without telling him I even tried it. I sent it back and 100% do not recommend this thing.

I'm certified hard of hearing. I cannot hear without audiologist certified hearing aides. These worked PERFECTLY as a backup when mine got wet & damaged. Worth the money but maybe lasts abt 2 months (making sure no dampness or anything messes them up) I've been buying them for 3 years now. Finally getting real aides thus month 💯

Updated 7-4-2025: Mom has trouble with these, so much trouble to the point she doesn’t use them. Wasted money.I contacted the seller, wow, quick response. While they couldn’t fix the product, their response was polite and direct. I was impressed with the professionalism. I got a refund. I thought this was stellar customer service.

These are the only sound aphafiers we've found that work for my father. Have bought and returned 3 others. Thank goodness found more of this brand. Couldn't get others to stay in his ears.

I have it 2 stars due to one for it working and the other because it charges fast and stays charged for a long time. However it is nowhere near loud enough for the product it is. As seen on TV products are NOT ALWAYS the best. Believe me...
