I have both a dog and a cat, and accidents happen — but this cleaner took care of stains and odors like they were never there. It works fast, doesn’t leave behind a strong chemical smell, and left my carpets looking fresh and clean.I used it on some old spots I thought were permanent, and even those came out. Shocking ! I couldn’t believe it myself. The difference between both pieces of carpet. We have three dogs, not realizing they were bringing in the dirt nor HOW MUCH their paws brought in . Now to clean the runner I have to go. I’m on my fourth. Can I might have to buy more for back up. Wonderful product I will constantly buy it again. I love Bissell Pet products. They’re awesome !!

I have a Pomeranian who was raised to go potty wherever she pleases. It took a long time and a lot of consistency to train her. But before she was trained, this product was the perfect tool for a quick clean-up. Just spray and scrub, then wipe up residue with a rag. So easy. The smell is fantastic as well.

I have a cat who regularly throws up on our carpets. This stain remover does a decent job of removing the stain. Lighter stains will absolutely come out. Sometimes the tougher stains don’t come out all the way, even after applying twice. The foam dispenses really well. I love that there is a brush on the end and not a sponge because the brushes hold up better when scrubbing. I keep one of these in every bathroom of our house so it is always handy on every floor! Good value for the money and I would purchase again. The smell of the cleaner is nice too.

I searched for other products after using it. It was okay, but was a little messy due to cleaner coming out unevenly. It starts to get all over the can and difficult to use the brush. Seemed to work fairly well at cleaning and removing slight stains.
