The pain hasn’t resolved, but it’s far less painful since adding these to my shoes.

Your heels will say 'ahhhh'. These are very comfortable and fit inside my shoes well.

These are very nice. I like the idea, but I have my everyday shoes set with elastic laces, so I have to slide my feet in & don't untie the shoes. Unfortunately these heel cups, while having a sticky back to try & keep them from moving, move every time I put my shoes on. I got the medium, because it says that is what I should get for my shoe size, but I don't think that they are wide enough for my heels. The other day I had to take them out because I was getting a blister as the side of the heel cup was rubbing against my foot about 1/4 from the edge of my heel.I wanted to like these, because they do seem to help my achilles tendinitis, but the fit is not the best for the type of shoe I have. I may try it in some of my other shoes.

I do feel some relief wearing them, which is very important. However, they slip so much when I put my foot in my shoes that they're often out of position, which not only limits the relief, but at times is more uncomfortable. they're also harder than I would have expected, so there's not a lot of padding per se. I would have thought that might be a problem, but it isn't. Finally, if I don't wear sock, the plastic sticks to my feet in an annoying way.

Too soft, moved every time I put my shoes on, and didn’t help at all with heel pain. In fact made it worse.
