I have lymphedema in my legs, the right one being made considerably worse by recent knee replacement surgery. I have such swelling in my thighs and have tried as number of things to reduce the swelling. I thought I would try this one after researching several options.The compression is amazing. I am 4'10" and 145 pounds. I got the small and although they are a bit long, the foot still compresses perfectly. I am using the lowest compression level and it is very strong, but not uncomfortable. It feels really good. I will have to update this review after a while to see if it helps with swelling.It was easy to set up, pretty self explanatory, only a couple things to connect. The motor is pretty quiet and very small. The bag that comes with it is perfect for storing when you're not using it. So far, I'm very impressed and very happy with this purchase.

I am a Physical Therapist and used these pumps for patients previously in my practice. I was astounded at the low and reasonable price of these pumps!The pumps apply strong pressure, are easy to use and clean, and are very quiet. They have been a great aid for me as I train for a spartan race.I had a slight tear in my soleus during training, with tons of swelling, these bad boys helped a ton.Keep in mind, devices like this are meant to AID and be a cherry in top for recovery. They will not fix overtraining, poor diet, and are not a magic bullet. Saying that, these pumps do exactly what they claim!

This item has been a great tool for recovery for me pre/post physical activities. I find that using this before and after a session of tennis has reduced the fatigue I feel during and after practice. Before big matches, I like to use the combination mode at 100psi to warm up my legs and the sequential mode later at night to help with recovery.I have gotten the opportunity to use other competitor items and find that this item is the best bang for your buck. It works just as well at half the cost.

I play soccer/sports 2-3 times a week and my leg/ass muscles are always sore. Decided to get this after getting I got the Renpho leg massager and this is alot better/stronger compared to the Renpho leg massager but this product is still not good enough for me. Its back to professional masseuses for me then.
