I haven't had the opportunity to use this laptop much yet, but my limited early impressions are positive. It seems so far to be a good value, with solid performance and build quality, and a nice display. I have had several Dell laptops over the years, which is why I did not hesitate to buy this one. I may amend this review if my longer term use changes my opinion thus far, but as my review title states - so far, so good.

computer works great, but whin i checked on wantery status ifound out this unit was 2 months old and sold out of the united states. with the help from dell i goy=t the country of orgin changed back to the usa and now i have 10 months of wartny left. not impresed with prime

Exactly as advertised, fast shipping. You will have to use Dell support website so all the drivers get updated including the latest flash bios update.I normally buy off lease Dell and Thinkpads but for a bit more cash brand new Win 11 Pro machine.

I got this at a good price, considering the specs, which are certainly better than that of the six year old laptop I was replacing.A couple of minor quibbles: The keycap markings don’t have very good contrast, and they aren’t backlit. Not a problem, as long as there is good overhead lighting. And there are no built-in speakers, so no sound at all unless you connect a USB or Bluetooth speaker or headphones. Again, not really a big deal, since laptop internal speakers are usually pretty crummy, anyway. Just another accessory you have to carry with you.

Had it three days and the sound card went out. No speakers, no headphones. Bluetooth still usable--for now. And I've already recycled the packaging, so I can't send it back.UPDATE: I bought an external sound card for 60 bucks to get sound and make the machine functional. Then, today. After a scheduled firmware update, suddenly regular sound is back. So, now it works as advertised, after a month and a half.SECOND UPDATE: Someone from Dell contacted me and they sent me 60 bucks to cover the cost of the sound card, which was nice. So, if you get this model and the sound doesn't work, update the firmware ASAP and see if that works. Still, would be nice if the computer worked right out of the box. And I'm pleased to see that Dell customer service is better than it used to be.As for the computer itself, now that it's fully functional, it's good to use. Fast, responsive, boots up quickly, decent screen. I mostly use it for writing, research, web-surfing, and especially music, and it does the job. Haven't really tried any really demanding gaming or phot-editing, but the strategy games I've played on Steam and GOG Galaxy run smoothly. I bought it as a backup to my aging Lenovo, but I think it's going to be my main machine.

Bought this Laptop for my girlfriend, so far she really likes it. It's solid and the buttons are very soft yet springy. Built very well and doesn't weigh much at all. Speakers are decently loud, much louder than her previous ASUS laptop which is saying something. She's not a Gamer which this Laptop more than likely couldn't handle anything outside of Play store and the Xbox App. Overall, very happy with this product!
