It seems so far to be a good value, with solid performance and build quality, and a nice display. I have had several Dell laptops over the years, which is why I did not hesitate to buy this one. I may amend this review if my longer term use changes my opinion thus far, but as my review title states - so far, so good.

Bought this Laptop for my girlfriend, so far she really likes it. It's solid and the buttons are very soft yet springy. Built very well and doesn't weigh much at all. Speakers are decently loud, much louder than her previous ASUS laptop which is saying something. She's not a Gamer which this Laptop more than likely couldn't handle anything outside of Play store and the Xbox App. Overall, very happy with this product!

I got this at a good price, considering the specs, which are certainly better than that of the six year old laptop I was replacing.A couple of minor quibbles: The keycap markings don’t have very good contrast, and they aren’t backlit. Not a problem, as long as there is good overhead lighting. And there are no built-in speakers, so no sound at all unless you connect a USB or Bluetooth speaker or headphones. Again, not really a big deal, since laptop internal speakers are usually pretty crummy, anyway. Just another accessory you have to carry with you.

Had it three days and the sound card went out. No speakers., no headphones. Bluetooth still usable--for now. And I've already recylced the packaging, so I can't send it back. Dell. I should have remembered from the 1990s what utter garbage they make.
