These little shelves are sturdy and the faux wood looks very nice. The sides are a light but substantial metal and the wood parts are a sturdy laminate. I luckily didn’t have any issues or difficulties with the hardware. I don’t know that I trust them with anything heavy, I am not sure I would sit a light lamp on them, but they do seem on the wall. I wish they had a cutout in the back for cords and did not sit flush with the wall to fit cording behind them. These are a great nightstand alternative. They’d be pretty cool for rooms with limited space. It would have been a five star product if the screws were black like others have noted, I am making some changes to the esthetics and it won't matter. I have decided to spray the metal white and cover the laminate wood in a peel and stick wall paper that matches my rooms decor. They are not the largest and will not take up much space. The price point is a bit high in my opinion but they are nice shelves.

While I know the damages were caused by a shipping issue or at least I hope it was, the overall initial look of the shelf is good. It seems very sturdy and my husband said it looked very nice and industrial with the wood/metal combo. It's a perfect size for what we were looking for. I just wished it wasn't damaged.

These little shelves are sturdy and look very nice. The sides are a light but substantial metal and the wood parts are a sturdy laminate. They went together pretty easily and were reasonably easy to hang on the wall. I didn’t have any weird issues or difficulty with the hanging hardware. I don’t know that I trust them with anything more than a pretty light lamp but they do seem sturdy up there on the wall. As a nightstand alternative, they create some cool visual interest in the room and are priced reasonably compared to traditional nightstands. They’d be pretty cool for rooms with limited space or an unusual shape. Like one other reviewer said, I would prefer that at least the visible screws be black to blend in better but overall I’m pleased with the product.

took 15 minutes to hang . the screws are very long because this is a solid wood shelf. you need a strong drill. i had to hammer my nail the rest of the way in because my drill wasnt strong enough. i have the cable box in it and things on top and its holding pretty well

I decided to use this as the beginning of my die-cast collection wall instead of night stands. The quality of the material are pretty solid, but the hardware that’s used to put them together has to be manipulated to make work. The threaded inserts are too deep and the screws that go in to them are too short so they don’t thread together. You’ll have to improvise and thread the screws in and then use a pair of pliers to pull the inserts flush to the surface to be able to install the shelves to the metal brackets. After you do that bit of MacGyver-ing they go together in a pinch and are very solidly built. I really like the way they look and the quality of the products are very very nice. I highly recommend them.

These are a little bigger then I expected but other then that they are awesome looking shelves. No dents in them the box wasn't dinged up at all. They are perfect for the side of the beds if you don't want a night stand like a guest bedroom. It holds a small lamp and charger right now and its staying on pretty good. It is anchored to the wall. Easy to put together and putting it on the wall.
