I've taken it on mostly smaller hikes. The longest hike I've taken it on its about 12 miles. Worked great. I purchased this with a 2L water bladder but I did go ahead a buy a 3L bladder to put in it as I am going to be taking it on full day hikes this summer. I like that its a smaller pack but still holds everything that I need. Perfect for a half day and full day hikes. Another feature I like about it is the chest strap sits right under my armpits and so its not squishing or making my boobs uncomfortable.We are in preparation for a 25 mile day hike in the Grand Canyon this fall and will be taking this with as I've tested others over the year of owning it too.I've very happy with it. I actually bought a second one for my spouse.

Value for money:This hiking pack is a fantastic find - affordable, lightweight, and surprisingly durable. It's the perfect size for teenagers and fits comfortably without being too bulky. There's plenty of space for water, snacks, and essentials, and the straps adjust for a secure fit. It held up great on day hikes and weekend trips. Highly recommend for families looking for a quality pack without spending a fortune!

I was looking for a smaller backpack for daytrips. I have a 40L Ecogear Snow Leopard pack that I LOVE but the company is no longer in business. So far I like this pack for the following reasons: 1) lightweight, but roomy. The main compartment is tall enough to hold my knee pad that I carry to yoga class. I can easily stuff my rain jacket and a down jacket or vest inside at the same time. 2) Built-in rain cover - one of the reasons I picked this bag over others of similar size: the rain cover is essential on multi-day hikes/walks to keep your gear dry. 3) 2L bladder - works well and it's nice to have the option of either shoulder to run the hose out of. 4) Comfortable shoulder straps - at first I thought this pack was too big for me (5'-1" tall) but I actually like having the shoulder straps away from my armpits - this means no chafing for long hikes and plenty of room to move my arms (I use trekking poles).Cons: Although you can use a bladder, sometimes you just need a water bottle! The side pouches are very small and it's difficult to fit wider bottles into them, but since there are no loops to hang trekking poles, I can see using the mesh pouches to hold the poles and running them through the outer straps. It also would be nice if every zipper was set up with two zippers - only the main pouch is set up this way. The hip strap is adequate, as the pack is small, but I would have liked a padded hip strap.Separately, I use a Boosteady camera bag that I attach to the sternum or hip strap to keep my phone handy for taking photos along the way.So far I have used the backpack for getting around the city; looking forward to trying it out on longer day hikes and taking it to Japan this coming October for a 7-day walk in Tohoku.

Great fit, very adjustable. I love how much water it can hold, and it keeps it ice cold too! Everything is just the right size, and very durable. The zippers work very well. Overall great product, it’s super handy and definitely worth the price. I’ve always wanted a nice camel pack and this one is now my go to.

Brought a blue one for myself and love it. So when a friend told me he was going camping I got him one, since then he has use it and he told me that he love it as well. He also stated the the pockets on on the front was very convenient for his gun shells, when he went hunting. He also stated that he love the water bottle that comes with it.

It has a 2L bladder that secures on the inside once loaded. There is a lot of external storage and plenty of internal storage for a day trip. I searched high and low for a comparable pack and couldn't find anything that could compete with the price. The chest and waist straps secure it to your body to prevent movement while hiking. Highly recommend this item.

Great product - not discreet packaging
I really like the product. But the packaging sucked. It was just in the plastic bag not in a box or anything. I bought it was a gift for my husband and he saw it first and I was like oh well there you go. Kinda sucked.
