Anyways, I decided to give this a shot because the price was so reasonable. I think the product works great! I pop two of these puppies whenever I know I’m going to devour carbs. Before taking white kidney bean extract my weight would fluctuate a ton day to day (specifically after a day of eating a carb heavy meals) and while I knew it wasn’t all real fat, it bothered me and I felt I would be back a few steps in my journey. With these my weight does not fluctuate nearly at after from carby meals! I also feel it helps with my bloating associated with those meals. One other thing I like about this particular brand is that you get 30 servings of 1200mg versus other brands it’s 600 (I understand I can take more of those but this product gives me 30 servings of 1200 versus me only getting 15 servings out of other brands.) I would say overall this is a good product! If you’re like me and meticulously read reviews before purchasing, take it from a girl who spends a lot money and time on Bolo- this would be a solid purchase.

I am using this product as part of a keto diet I started. I am down 5 pounds in 7 days. I am not going to give all the credit to this product, and the first 5 pounds are the easiest to lose, but the product has a good reputation and seems to be a good fit with what I am trying to accomplish. I am only taking 2 a day with one meal versus 2 for each of two meals to make them last a little longer. Pills arrived quickly. They seem fresh, although there is no expiration date I could find. The seller was good with communication. Overall I am pleased. I will get through the bottle of 60 and likely order another if the experience remains positive. As I get closer to my goal and allow myself to take in a few extra carbs per day, that is probably where this product will benefit me the most. Currently, I am down to so few carbs that there is probably not much to block. However, white kidney beans do impact more than just carbs so hopefully that's also going on in the background.

Ok so let me start off by I am 5'8" and when i first bought this back in 2022 I was 157. I started taking two pills after eating heave carb food : anything with rice, pasta or bread. after two of months of religiously taking it with heavy carbs, working out about 3 times a week not heavy cardio i would jog about 1.5 to 3 miles (3 if im feeling lucky lol) i lost 15 pounds. i got down to 138 and felt like i can maintain the size and stopped taking the pills. I got back up to 151. not terrible considering I also slowed down on working out. I started taking again starting 05/23 and I am now at 146. So this deffinately works for my body and its not a laxative so you are not running every five minutes to the rest room. You will poop but they will be healhty poops that will not make you feel like you are loosing nutrition or dehydrated. I will add it works wonders with a healthy lifestyle (low carb diet, including veggies and fruits in your diet) paired with intermint fasting and remaining somewhat active will keep those burgers pizzas and chinese food off and drop pounds REAL quick.

Look start off with one not two each of your largest two meals a day. These white kidney beans does decrease your appetite which is why i ordered them twice now. First few days was fine with taking two with my two carb meals all together four in a day. Ok so after those two three days i started to feel very strange so i googled the ingredients and sure nough what i read is what i was feeling. Feeling i had vomit feeling, dizziness, fatigue, nervous, heart racing...pretty during scary, after a few hours the feeling did go away and i felt alive again. Made me not want anymore 😂 so today i only taken one in the morning with overnight oatmeal i felt fine. I also was taking two then 15 30 minutes later I'd eat because that's what the seller said to do. But it states to take right away when eating. Well i took one right away before my overnight oatmeal and i fell nothing what i experienced by taking two. So just start off by taking one until your body get used to it the side effects ain't worth it trust me. Remember to drink water too, I'm a fan of water but these pills will have your mind off putting anything in your mouth. Well atleast for me that's what happened. I'm always giving my honest opinion on what i experienced. I will stick with this brand unless the side effects happens to me again by only taking one. I do recommend just don't take two with each meal until your body gets used to them. Take right away before eating like take with food, you'll thank me later. You will not gain weight if you don't over eat thinking that these pills would take all the carbs you eat away be mindful. Also get you some tea that'll help with pooping, or some milk of magnesia even ducolex however its spelled lol. But yea take it drink it at night that way the white kidney bean won't back your stools up. Oh and if you take the white kidney bean at night before bed ummm be ready to not fall asleep at your normal bed time because they have a lil power of energy but then again that could be due to me taking two instead of one. But that's all for now, will update if i srart the bad side effects after taking one.

My husband and I just finished a 5 day fasting mimicking diet (Prolon) and wanted to keep our portions small to maintain the weight we had lost but also wanted to incorporate carbs back in out diet. In the past whenever I would add carbs back in (normally try to keep them at a minimum) my stomach would swell and bloat as if I was pregnant and i would have cramping and gas. I take 2 of these miraculous pills before a meal containing carbs and not only do I not bloat but my appetite is so much less and I can feel satisfied and filled up but not uncomfortable with a small portion of food. Love it and plan to buy more on Subscribe and Save Plan! No side effects at all. Great product - wish I knew about this years ago!
