I ordered the sensitive brush replacements at a fraction of the brand name cost and they are just as effective! I have posted several side by side pictures of my old Oral B Sensitive brush head and the new generic sensitive brush replacement head for comparison. They are the same size and have very similar bristle structure. They are great for my sensitive teeth and gums and I appreciate the blue tips that are supposed to fade when it’s time to replace my brush head. I purchased the 12-pack at a great price and I’m very pleased with the quality and results. These should last me at least a whole year or more.

Although they do fit on the Oral-B toothbrush, the actual brush head is slightly smaller than a standard Oral-B brush head as you can see from the photo. The size difference is more noticeable when it's in your mouth and you can feel it. I am returning them for this reason since it wasn't as advertised.

This replacement toothbrush heads for my Oral B are fantastic replacement. I keep them stocked up. The bristles do not fall apart. They are cheap enough to dispose and put an new one on regularly. Love this product.
