I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTOreally helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn't expect that it would give me more energy! I'm a senior citizen and over the past few years I've noticed that my stamina has declined. Now when I know that I have many errands or tasks to do around my house I take one capsule and I am energized. I can stay active for 6 - 8 hours after I take a SMART WEIGHTO capsule. Honestly, it is amazing how much I can accomplish on the days that I use SMART WEIGHTO. I do not take it every day, only when I have a LOT to do or when I know I have to suppress my appetite (events where I know there will be many tempting food offerings).I have recommended this product to many of my friends - mostly for the energy it provides! I'll be reordering more very soon!

I felt more energetic while taking these which helped keep me motivated to exercise more. I’m pretty sure they made me sweat more too because usually about 20 minutes after taking them, I would feel super hot lol. Either way, paired with exercise and eating better. These definitely helped my process to lose weight

I had high hopes for this product. As a busy Mom, exercise and the daily grind has not been enough to advert the typical weight gain for the over 40 year old range. 😑 I gained 10 pounds in the month that I have been taking this, so it definitely did not work for me. Be forewarned and keep a close eye on the scale while taking this product.

It has come to my attention that every single one of these “energy capsules “ literally have the exact same ingredients. They may “tweak “ the dosage here and there but it’s all the same. My advice, find the cheapest and run with it. But in this case it doesn’t suppress my appetite, it is easy to swallow and does not give me the jitters. I hope this helps.

Amazing product that has high quality components and as well looks extremely nice. When I buy such type of products I usually focus a lot on what are the product’s main components and FitLab offers a combination of natural ingredients that complements very well the nutrition! But I am happy to report that they work.The capsules gave me a boost of energy and dampened my appetite, so I snacked less and reached for healthier alternatives. They are now a part of my weight-loss armoury and I'm on-target to drop a dress size by Halloween.One of the things I liked about Fit Lab is that they are more gentle on my body than other formulations. A lot of weight-loss supplements overdo it on the caffeine, which drives your heart rate up and can increase anxiety. I did not have that with these capsules and I'm confident I can reach my goals in a happy and healthy way.
