1.0 out of 5 stars It sucks

The media could not be loaded. This aux cord, if you can even call it that, is an abomination against everything decent and good in the world of audio technology. From its very inception, it seems as though it was crafted by some malevolent force intent on ruining the auditory experiences of innocent music lovers everywhere. Let me regale you with the horror story that is my experience with this wretched piece of equipment.Firstly, let's address the issue that plagues this abomination from the moment you dare to plug it in – the crackling. Oh, the crackling. It's not just a subtle annoyance; it's a relentless assault on your eardrums, a cacophony of static that pierces through the air like a thousand needles. You try to play your favorite song, only to be met with a chorus of crackles and pops that drown out any semblance of melody or rhythm. It's as if the cord itself is mocking you, laughing at your futile attempts to enjoy your music in peace. But the horror doesn't end there, oh no. As you struggle to endure the auditory torture inflicted upon you by this cursed cord, you start to notice other sinister qualities lurking beneath its seemingly innocuous exterior. There's the flimsy construction, for starters – a tangled mess of wires barely held together by some cheap plastic casing. It's as if the manufacturers went out of their way to create the most fragile, least durable aux cord imaginable, ensuring that it would fall apart at the slightest provocation. And let's not forget about the tangling. Oh, the tangling. No matter how carefully you try to unravel it, this cord seems determined to tie itself into knots worthy of a sailor's worst nightmare. You spend more time wrestling with its twisted coils than actually listening to music, cursing under your breath as you struggle to make sense of the tangled mess before you. It's enough to make you want to tear your hair out in frustration. But perhaps the most unforgivable sin of all is the utter lack of reliability. You never know when this accursed cord will decide to give up the ghost and cease functioning altogether. One minute, you're happily jamming out to your favorite tunes; the next, you're left in stunned silence as the music abruptly cuts out, leaving you to wonder what cruel twist of fate has robbed you of your auditory pleasure this time. And let's not even get started on the aesthetic travesty that is this cord's design. With its garish colors and clunky, awkward shape, it's about as stylish as a pair of socks with sandals. You can practically feel the judgmental stares of passersby as you dare to brandish this monstrosity in public, silently questioning your taste and sanity in equal measure. In conclusion, this aux cord is an affront to everything good and pure in the world of audio technology. Its crackling, tangling, unreliable nature is enough to drive even the most patient of music lovers to the brink of madness. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this abomination – your ears will thank you.

4.0 out of 5 stars It was great until it wasn't.

I ordered this cord because I couldn't connect my Bluetooth to the car.It works best with the old iPhone charger. I got it and it worked great. However, I don't know what happened, but after I returned from vacation, I used Zoom and Google Maps while driving, and suddenly the cord started malfunctioning. It started turning up and down my sound. I tried it with Spotify, and the same thing started happening. At a certain point, it started pausing my music as well. I restarted my phone, and it occurred when I plugged it in.Buy it at your own risk I guess.

1.0 out of 5 stars How about "The Snow-tunes Saboteur: An Epic Tale of the AUX Cord of Despair"?

    D. · January 21, 2024

Picture this: You're all geared up for a day on the slopes. The skies are as blue as your favorite Spotify playlist, and you're ready to carve up some snow while jamming to your tunes. Enter the protagonist of our story: a shiny new iPhone to AUX cord. This isn't just any cord; it's the lifeline between your helmet and your iPhone, the bridge over the river of musical bliss. You think to yourself, "This is it. The ultimate ski experience."Fast forward to halfway up the ski lift. The scene is idyllic – snow-capped mountains, the whisper of the wind, and the anticipation of a thrilling ride down. Suddenly, the music starts to crackle. It's like listening to a vinyl record with a hiccup. But you're an optimist. "Maybe it's just getting warmed up," you muse, ignoring the ominous signs.Oh, how quickly things go south. It's not just crackling now; it's a full-on techno remix of your favorite songs, unsolicited and unwelcome. The cord has decided to become a DJ, remixing your tracks with a sprinkle of static and a dash of disappointment. The thrill of the ski is now accompanied by a symphony of what sounds like popcorn popping in slow motion.By the end of your first majestic run, the cord has surrendered to the snow gods. It's not just malfunctioning; it's an electronic spaghetti, a tangled mess of betrayal. You reach the bottom of the hill, and in a ceremonial gesture, you bid farewell to the cord. It's not just going to the trash; it's being exiled to the Island of Misfit Tech.My verdict? This cord is to music what a snowball is to a beach party – utterly useless and a guaranteed dampener. My advice to fellow snow riders and music lovers: avoid this AUX cord like you would avoid skiing in a tutu. It's not just a piece of junk; it's a legend in the hall of tech fails. So, there you have it, folks. A cautionary tale of a cord that promised so much yet delivered an experience as flat as a pancake on a pancake day. Let this be a reminder – when it comes to ski gear, stick to the essentials. Leave the musical cords to those who enjoy a bit of static with their snow.

5.0 out of 5 stars Work Perfectly with iPhone 16

    K. · May 20, 2025

I have an older car but recently got the IPhone 16. This cord works perfectly and is long enough to stretch to the backseat if someone wants to hook up their phone. Sound quality is great and is compatible with the iPhone and other US -C devices.
