    I AM USINE THIS FOR MENOPAUSE. HOWEVER, THIS IS REALLY HELPING ME WITH ENGERY, FEELING GOOD OVER ALL.I CAN NOT TAKE IT AT NIGHT, IT KEEPS ME UP. BUT THIS IS A GOOD THING FOR MY ENDING IN MENOPAUSE. PRETTY MUCH I ONLY HAVE NIGHT SWEATS LEFT TO DEAL WITH AND THIS HELPS WITH THAT ALSO.

    So, I noticed with my body, I can easily get a UTI when I take herbs, and any strong vitamins. TMI, but I’m celibate for 3 years, and that’s the first thing my doctor asked me, what changed? And If sexually active, the only thing changed in my diet was these pills. Directions say take 3 a day, so idk if I was suppose to take 3 at same time or 1, 3 times a day. It was too strong for my body.. I suggest drink PLENTY OF WATER, because my kidneys and bladder couldn’t process these pills. I will continue to take, but will go back to drinking a gallon of water a day to flush them out my system. I never write reviews, ever… but for people who are prone to UTI be very careful… I only get a UTI maybe every few years, and only when I take new herbs and vitamins, which my body can’t process with not increasing water at same time. I have 5 stars, because it helps me relax, and stay calm, which is what I need! Hope this helps! And DRINK your water ! With love <3
