The quality is solid—sturdy, well-crafted, and surprisingly easy to assemble. I actually spotted something similar on his wishlist, but this version had better shipping and stronger ratings, so I took the leap. Glad I did—arrived literally the next day and felt like a win from the jump. Highly recommend if you're looking for a gift that lands with impact and doesn't feel like a gamble.

Ordered the same model twice and received two different scale models. Pay attention to the ratio! 1:100 or 1:72. Didn't notice that the first one ordered was 1:100 scale, so I ordered again, and the proper scale was delivered. Both are highly detailed, but the smaller one is quite flimsy.

I love the look of the aircraft, and most of it has nice detail and seems strong, but personally I think all of the ordinance should be made out of die cast metal as well. Its to cheap and chinsy and sometimes doesn't fit together right. So I broke the fin off one of the rockets trying to get it into place. Some stuff doesn't want to stay put. 😮‍💨 the front landing gear wheels are crooked, but overall it's still decent i suppose.

Most of the plane is made of quality diecast material. I got the F-14D in VF-2 markings which look crisp and amazing. The size is appropriate to 1/72 scale. Looks really cool. You have the option to pose the model in the gear up or gear down setting which is awesome since I build my models gear up.

Me gusto mucho como llego todo empacado para su cuidado, el avion presenta buen detalle y es 100% de metal, de hecho es mas grande de lo que esperaba, me gusta mucho las opciones que tiene para montar, a los aficionados de aviones y mas del F-14 les va a encantar!!!

Heavily Constructed but spoilt by final attachments

This was a great surprise when I opened this model it is heavily Constructed & solid & Beautifully finished.My only criticism is the stand comes in metal as does the model Aircraft but sadly the stand end that goes into the aircraft is made of plastic pegs instead of one robust end making it a little easy to break off if accidentally knocked or falls over. But worst of all is the missile launcher next to rear wheels. These will not stay in & awquad to locate needing glue to attach just like some of the underside missiles but they were fairly sturdy & easy to resolve. Why spoil great work with shortcuts like this. I would rather pay a bit more for a more secure & robust finnishOtherwise a lovely buy.
