Love these! I bought two so band members could see lyrics, music and tabs. I use it every time I practice. Sturdiness: Its made of actual metal (not the cheap plastic most products are made of these days). Solid Grip: Holds my Samsung tablet while in its case! did not expect that. Also holds a metal small sheet music holder. Fit: It has perfectly placed charger cable holes so I can charge the tablet while using it or run a direct line to the amp so there is no delay. I never worry about it falling off because of the vise grip and rubber coating on the grip which protects the phone/tablet and the stand it clinging to. The mounting grip is wide enough to put on larger bars (like the electric drum set and tight enough to hold on to tiny bars (like the mic stand). Fun fact: it has larger threads so you're not tightening the grip for days. Flexibility: about a 9.5/10 Only because some times you have to look at what's going on behind the tablet/phone to make it work but it always works. I love how adjustable it is and how it actually stays in the configuration its placed in without compromising Value for the money: 5/5 and 9.8/10 would recommend and will buy more if needed.

My partner and I are a performing music duo and we rely on our iPad's for both rehearsal and performances. This holder works beautifully. It's nice and compact to carry in the gig bag, sets up very quickly and is very sturdy. As this is made totally of metal, there are no plastic parts that start to break when used frequently. You can easily adjust the angle of the iPad without having to loosen and tighten a screw and the iPad's stay where you adjust them without fail. No more drooping iPad in the middle of a song! It's easy to remove from the mic stand even with the iPad attached making for quick change overs between bands.We are using these with both the 11" iPad Pro and the 12" iPad Pro with no problems. We purchased one to see how well it would work as we have tried many different ones with mixed success. After one use we purchased the second one and expect many years before needing to replace these.

This is the third mic stand iPad holder I tried. The first two either couldn't be positioned to the side at the necessary angle, or weren't able to support my 12.9" iPad Pro, despite advertising to the contrary.This one was different: all aluminum, secure connection to the iPad, solid and easy connection to the mic stand, and very well built. It can even be threaded onto the top of the mic stand, in place of the mic clip, if someone wanted a stand alone holder. It has worked flawlessly on my last three gigs, and is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Excellent iPad holder for musicians
Excellent product. Looks well constructed and is easy to use. Holds my iPad (inside its case) on the upright part of my boom microphone stand so I can so I can view OnSong whilst I play my guitar and sing with the microphone close to my mouth.Worth the money.
