I purchased it because we had to fly Ryan Air, a discount European airline, which has strict baggage size requirements. This passed the test at the airline counter and fit perfectly in the overhead bin! The suitcase itself if very lightweight when empty. The zippers worked well and the bag rolled so nicely on all the bumpy surfaces in the different cities we visited. It may not be a suitcase that lasts decades but it is worth the price. I never used a clamshell suitcase before but it is actually easier to see what you have packed this way. I had purchased 3 of these in different colors and all of us really like these suitcases for our trip.

This was one of the few bags I could find that was small enough to meet the size limitations of some international carriers. Most are twice the money - or no longer readily available from the big names (Samsonite, American Tourister).I’m always leery of hard sided suitcases that close with a zipper. I was careful with it, but didn’t baby it. It was slightly overstuffed at times with no issues. Just be careful to tuck everything in and that both sides of the case are aligned.The bag has no side handle - just one on the top. So carrying it - as opposed to rolling - may require you to walk with a bent arm.I’m not fond of the roller bags. Sure, they’re great on smooth airport floors, but they’re about useless on the rough cobble streets or sidewalks of older cities like Rome. The can also make a bit of noise on textured surfaces - anything from the clickety-clack of an old train on speed - to the buzz of a vibe of killer bees.Anyway - on our last leg of a 3-month European trip when the bag was checked with the airlines several times, and handed over to the porters on a cruise ship - not to mention being stowed under several buses and hefted onto racks on 5 or 10 trains in Italy.I don’t see one scratch yet - pretty amazing.Though definitely not made in the US or any other sought-after country, the tags and documentation that came attached to this bag make you pretty certain it’s not a cheaply-made item. The English in the tags was all properly spelled and punctuated as well.So - if you’re in the market for an inexpensive, small “carry-on” roller suitcase - this might be the one for you.

Great carry-on for travel around Europe. Had no problem flying on Vueling, Ryanair, and Aegean.It expands a little bit for when I was traveling back home on an airline that had larger max dimension requirements.I would recommend buying

My wife and I bought these to travel to the UK and Ireland. Has a real light frame so you can load it up and keep it as a carry-on even on the budget air lines. Even if you aren't traveling international its still a great carry-on case.

I needed this exact size of carryon for Ryanair’s very tiny and precise measurements. The description said it met requirements and it did, perfectly.Love the color. Sturdy for a little case. Rolled nicely. It’s little but it held what I needed it for.I was happy I had it.Favorite thing was color. Yellow!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY for a suitcase with such a faulty set of wheels! Very expensive suitcase with poor-quailty wheels. I was initially happy with this suitcase, but when I recently returned from my second trip using this suitcase in less than 3 months, I noticed two of the wheels were worn out as I was running through the airport to catch my next flight. Also, the 3-year British company warranty DOES NOT APPLY because this British product was sold in the USA by a seller on Bolo. Very poor customer service for this product in this regard.
