My urine is neon yellow (no exaggeration) hours after taking this and it was clear before taking it because I had lots of morning water..???? I literally just decided to staple this vitamin because it’s the Methylcobalamin form/source and all the other vitamins in it and their form/sources check out and are needed. It’s to where I don’t even have to buy multiple different single vitamins and was able to throw some poorly sourced “singular” ones away since this had it AND had it properly sourced like an absorbing acid vitamin c pill and a cheap Niacinamide pill . What the heck is with the (literally) neon yellow pee?? That’s the only issue. I don’t plan on stopping cuz like I said this is a perfect concoction, sources, and price but like dang??? I’m going to google it and see what I can do I guess… maybe I’ll sprinkle half the powder into my smoothies or something idk. But thanks cuz this is excellent overall and it’s hard to find excellence with supplements sometimes I think they’re trying to kill us and you guys are doing amazing with actually helping people lol .

I can tell when i don't take this, I feel sluggish and not really alert. It gives me energy and clarity all in one. Never want to run out, and well worth the money

Love these vitamins! They taste good and are easy to take as I let them dissolve in my mouth; you can do this because there is no aftertaste. They remind me of the Flintstones vitamins that I had as a child and I love the taste. If a vitamin tastes poor, then it is hard to swallow and gives you a disgusting taste in your mouth.

I found this B Vitamin because of the methylated/activated formulation, reading that it is the (or one of the) best absorbed forms of the vitamin. I think it works better than all other B Vitamins I've tried. I even threw away the other b vitamins I had.
