It arrived on time. The quality is OK, i was thinking it would have been a little thicker. But it's light weight. It zipper up has a hood. For 5xl it's a good fit for a bigger women with bigger boobs . I usually wear 4xl in shirts but I thought that going bigger would be a good idea if it ran small. And it does. I wish they had a 6xl. And it was longer. But all in all its good.

3.0 out of 5 stars THERE IS A PLASTIC COATING ON SOME SIZES
These differ by size or color. 3X Black has a PLASTIC coating inside (though the description says 100% polyester) & makes me sweaty in 2 minutes. 4X Blue is simply one layer of polyester fabric, like my fabric shower curtain that repels water. I was disappointed in it, thinking it would absorb water during a down pour, so I put it under the faucet but the water poured off & the fabric stayed totally dry! When I wear it, I don’t sweat.The elastic at the bottom of the sleeves is twice as wide as my wrists, so it won’t keep wind or rain out but might keep me cool and comfortable.The matching small drawstring bag is wonderful for carrying the bag with me.I’m pleased with 4X Blue. I’ll return the plastic 3X Black.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Does not work as a rain jacket AT ALL. I am soaked after a few minutes and the zipper broke immediately. Save your money and get something else.
