If your PH starts to get outta whack you will know it, because you will smell it. I personally will pop a boric acid capsule up in there and spray this on the outer parts and everything always goes right back into a state of balance.

This spray works really good. Whenever I feel like I should use the boric acid suppository but don’t want to deal with the mess the following day I will use some of this spray usually before bed. It does have a maple syrup smell when you first spray it but it goes away after just a couple of minutes. It also works good for what you’re needing it for!

I bought this product to pair with the Boric Acid insert pills from the same brand. Everything about this product is good except the bottle arrived not sealed and came inside an unsealed box as well. Not sure if it was originally made like that by manufacture. I still prefer certain personal products to be made and packed in sealed package for safety and peace of mind. That was why I took one star off the rating. The scent Rose and Vanilla work well together on me, very refreshing and not heavy or overwhelming. I sprayed it lightly anyway when needed.
