Hubs & I discovered Goodles creamy vegan white cheddar mac last fall, and recently stocked up with an Bolo sale. Vegan is truly believin'! With protein, fiber and 21 nutrients from plants, it's the perfect lactose-free, healthy alternative to the standard boxed mac and cheese, without having that boxed taste 👏We've enjoyed Goodles of noodles with veggies, cheesy nooch garlic bread and/ or quorn chiqin pieces. We've been vegetarian foodies for over 20 years and gave up mac and cheese once we also gave up dairy. We're so happy to be able to eat mac and cheese again, + added benefits! 😋 $4 a box may sound pricey for boxed mac, but you get what you pay for. It's the perfect serving for 2, so $2 a meal plus toppings isn't bad! Perfect for the summer too, as hubs tosses everything in the pot to boil and leaves the kitchen 👍

I love this mac & cheese. I think it tastes the most similar to the Kraft Mac & Cheese we all grew up with. My non-vegan boyfriend likes it as well. Super easy to make & delicious!

Currently dairy free while breastfeeding. I’ve been a long time Goodle fan but I’m so happy these exist. They bring some normalcy to not being able to have cheese right now. I make with oat milk, oat milk butter, and throw in some vegetables and they turn out great.

It tastes more like a creamy lemon pasta than mac and cheese. It's not bad but it is the least cheesy vegan mac ive ever tried. The noodles are a nice texture, but the cheese powder is a tad difficult to incorporate and has a kind of gritty texture. Not sure if I would ever buy again.
