We loved using this steamer for our girls self-care night. It takes a few minutes to warm up and start steaming but once it gets going you can enjoy it for longer than I expected. I only wish the cord were longer so that I could place it somewhere I could get maximum coverage, we had to rotate our face to get full coverage.

Not recommended to purchase this product.water leakage. Broken less than 1 year. i purchased this product on July 2024. Used it for 4-5 times. This time , June 22,2025 the steam machine did not work any more , water was leaking at the bottom.

I love this steamer! I use it by lying on my bed and I put it on a cutting board behind me for stability. The steam is great! And I love the arm extension , allows for better coverage. It’s hard to clean though. No way to get into the chamber to do good cleaning. I use only pure water but still worried about mold, etc..so, after use , I empty out as much water left as I can , then I take hydrogen peroxide and pour a capful in the chamber , swish it around good, then I place a fan over the hole that the arm screws onto.. and let this flow on it for a couple hours and then the chamber is dry … so this is how I clean it. Great device! Just wish I could get to the chamber to hand clean it .

I give it a 5 star, but I'm going to say here 4 1/2 star only because the extension makes it 13" , which is actually REALLY good, but a few more inches ( 2 or 3) would be so helpful.. I am super happy with this machine, love it!! I've just received it two weeks ago, and use it every other day! It's a beautiful facial feeling... Good Product, Good Job! Thank you!
